Orders cannot be cancelled after the payment verification process has been completed.

Order Exchange

It is vital for customers to remember that products cannot be exchanged once they have been shipped from our warehouse. That being said, order details can be changed by the customer before he/she makes the payment. This can be done by touching base with one of our customer service representatives.

Damaged Inventory

You are advised to get in touch with us if the item you receive is in a damaged or defective state or appears to have incomplete parts/accessories. After investigating the matter, we will replace the product without any additional charges.

In the event of a malfunction or breakage of the item you purchased from us, you can request replacement or repair of the product by contacting our customer support team, provided the product is still in warranty. It must be noted that the customer is responsible for bearing all shipping charges during the return/replacement process.

Wrong Order

In rare situations where you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email, phone or social media and we will arrange immediate replacement of the order. Tejar.com can replace an item or have it repaired in case it falls in any of the categories mentioned above. However, all items and the shipping fees paid by the customer are fully non-refundable.
